30-day returns. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send return instructions. Once we receive the item, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping and return shipping costs aren't refunded.

Gifts

Bought as a gift? The recipient can contact us with the order number, and we'll refund or replace it under the same rules.

How to start a return

Email shonenhype25@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval; your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
